Hello Family
The Hello chain is comprised of three concept modules: Hello Cafe, Hello Shop and Hello Snack. One or more concept modules may operate at an airport. The goal of the chain is to expand operations to all major Finnish airports.
Hello Cafe is a cafe-restaurant chain, which provides happy, friendly service and brings a dash of colour to an airport environment. The product selection includes speciality coffees, fresh breads, confections and pastries made on-site. Hello Cafes are fully licensed and some locations also offer hearty lunches.
Hello Shop is a shop chain, which is an extension of the Hello chain's happy, friendly service and colourful presence. Hello Shops offer a standard range of duty-free items, but domestic passengers are also welcome to shop. The product selection includes spirits and tobacco products, candies, daily-needs items and souvenirs. Local specialities are also available.
Snack is a self-service point that complements airport services. It can function as a service point when the full-service point is closed or augment the service offering when there is only one sales point at the airport. Depending on the need, Snack is located either landside or airside.
