The mission of the Hello concept is to provide Finnish airports with a service offering that meets customer demand. The concept is comprised of three different concept modules: Hello Cafe, Hello Shop and Hello Snack. One or more concept modules may operate at an airport.

Our operations are based on a strict adherence to the chain concept, which ensures a pleasant service experience for the customer.

The Hello chain administrative and development unit is located in Turku. The goal of the chain is to expand operations to all major Finnish airports. The first Hello Cafe was opened in Turku in the spring of 2009. Hello Cafe and Hello Shop Kuusamo were opened in November 2009.
